Blueberries!

First of all, let me preface this by saying don't be spoiled with these frequent blog posts! I think the newness of blogging is exciting and motivating - but I don't want to let anyone down in the future in case my blogging becomes a little less frequent :)

Okay, on to blueberries! One of my favorite things about summer is the fresh fruit (not to mention the beach, cook outs with friends, margaritas - well not this summer!). And especially blueberries! Plump little bits of pure goodness! I stock up on blueberries and sometimes have a little leftover and need a new recipe to use them in. Enter the great Paula Deen! I tried her recipe for a blueberry coffee cake and absolutely delicious! Too good not to share - I hope you enjoy!
