February is for LOVE!

last year...

A little over a year ago we {well actually I did} took a pregnancy test, that showed up positive = total excitement! I took about three more...still not believing the double pink lines...could it really be true?! This time last year, on an icy day, Ben and I met with the OB and had an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy tests. There on the screen we met our little one for the first time! He appeared as a little flicker, a little beating heart. And then we were able to hear his heart beat! That sound is one of the best sounds {right up there with baby's first cry}! How can a heart beat that fast? Especially when he was only the size of a grain of rice?! The formation of life is amazing...an absolute gift of love!

So, February holds a special place in our heart!
