Well, I guess I was in denial about my baby getting older, because it hit me last night {while my hubby and I were out celebrating our anniversary} that I did not do Walker's 10 month photo shoot - oops!

the face i get when walker is told "no" - as in "no, you should not climb off the chair"

I just asked Ben to tell me what he loves about Walker, especially at this age, and he simply said "just how happy he is" and I couldn't agree more.  Walker is happy and full of energy - but always pauses for kisses!  He is sprint crawling (as I call it), gives high fives, plays "catch" with mommy and daddy, loves going to the pool, feeds himself finger foods, flaps his arms with excitement, and loves lifting the flaps to find Spot in the Spot books.  I can't believe at everything he does, because it seems like just yesterday we came home from the hospital and I was holding Walker all day long as he slept in my arms.  Each new stage is so fun to watch - and each stage behind us holds the best memories!

Happy Birthday Aunt Rebecca!  Walker loves his aunt's gentle ways and big smile, her long hair, and big sunglasses!

And Happy Birthday Uncle "Toast"!  Walker loves his crazy uncle toast - today it was uncle toast that really got Walker's arms flapping!
