Time flies. Summer flew by and here we are in mid-September preparing for a second birthday. It goes too fast and no matter how hard I try to slow down and soak up each moment, another week has passed. Walker is well into his 23rd month...he copies everything we do, he has his routines, he is independent and even plays independently. He talks more and plays even harder. Walker is sweet, sweet, sweet and still rowdy! Our hearts overflow with love for this little one.

We watched the memorial service for 9/11 today and can't believe that it has been 10 years since so many people lost their lives. Ben and I didn't even know each other. We were young college students with not much stress. All of the sudden we saw devestation that we didn't know how to comprehend...and we still have trouble processing such a horrific event. Our thoughts and prayers are with our country today.
