We celebrated Christmas eve at our house...both of our families came and we had a blast!

After a nice evening of food and fellowship {and a 4 hour work shift for me} it was time for Christmas Day. We've spent all month preparing for this day - talking alot about baby Jesus and Santa Claus, gift giving and love.
All the preparation made for an exciting morning and santa did come!
Walker awoke and was excited to see a firetruck and a new baboo and some other gifts. The Thomas tent was a huge hit!
As were gummy bears at 8:00am...
Walker knew it was baby Jesus' birthday and we discussed that. Walker also took time out from playing to say Merry Christmas to all of the ornaments on the tree...he loved, loved, loved our tree. If it weren't real it might stay up all year ;)

It came and went so fast! Our hearts are full and we are thankful.
